Jamun Peda

100 gm Gulab Jamun Mix (Udupi Ruchi)
50 gm Nestle Instant Milk Powder
3 tbsp Jaggery
2 tbsp Milk
2 pinches Cardamom Powder
3-4 Pistachios to garnish (crushed)
Few drops of ghee to bring everything together

How to prepare:
In a microwave safe bowl, add jaggery and milk, microwave it for 2 minutes. Once syrupy, add gulab Tomlinson Eric game jersey jamun mix, milk powder and cardamom powder. Mix well with hands, if it is sticky, add 1-2 tsp of milk powder. Add ghee and make tough dough with greasy hands.

Divide the dough into 8-10 parts, make balls and then flatten them into shape of pedas. Press a little in the centre and garnish with crushed pistachios. Keep them refrigerated and microwave pedas for 30-40 seconds on low heat before serving. It is very delicious.
